Several Grow Spaces Under One Light-Proof Canvas
The Secret Jardin Lodge is Secret Jardin's multi-space grow tent: instead of one open room, it divides the frame into separate chambers so plants at different stages can be kept side by side – mothers, cuttings and seedlings in the small sections, larger plants in the main room – without one stage disturbing another. The L280 measures 280 x 120 x 210cm overall: a large main grow area behind two full-height doors, and a separately doored 40cm-wide side column divided by shelves into smaller compartments for propagators and young plants. It is lined with reflective Mylar, built on a Ø16mm steel frame with plastic corners, and has an integral water tray and ducting sleeves for intake and extraction.

Running propagation, mother plants and a main grow in one room means one stage always compromises another – the light, humidity and temperature that suit cuttings are wrong for larger plants, and every visit to one lets light into the others. The Lodge keeps each stage in its own sealed chamber under one frame, so a continuous cycle of cuttings into the main room is easy to keep going in a single space.
How to Use
- Assemble the frame and fit the canvas following Secret Jardin's instructions, with the shelves in the side column at the heights you need
- Plan the air path: fit a light baffle between the spaces and extract from the main room so one fan draws air through every chamber
- Use the side levels for propagators, cuttings under low-power LEDs or a compact mother plant; keep tall plants in the main grow area
- Check zips and sleeves regularly so no chamber leaks light into another during a dark period

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use one extractor fan for every chamber?
Yes – that is how the Lodge is designed. With a light baffle in the opening between the spaces, one extractor on the main room draws air through all of them while keeping each chamber dark.
What fits in the side column?
The shelved levels suit propagators, seed trays, cuttings under a low-power LED and compact mother plants; anything tall belongs in the main grow area.
Is this the current Lodge model?
No – the L280 is an earlier, larger Lodge that Secret Jardin no longer list; the current Lodge range is the smaller L100 and L160. This is remaining stock of the L280.
Will Monkey clip fans fit the frame?
Yes. The L280 uses Ø16mm poles, within the 16–19mm range of Secret Jardin's pole-mounted 24V Monkey fans.
