Description
A grow tent range from a single cutting to a full room
The Secret Jardin Hydro Shoot range spans from a narrow single-plant tent right up to a full-room footprint, built with the same reflective lining and light-proof canvas across every size. It gives growers a Hydro Shoot option whether the job is a single cutting tucked into a spare corner or a full multi-plant room. The HS40, HS60 and HS100 are built on 16mm poles and can stand upright for plants of 50 to 150cm or lie on their side as a low space for plants under 80cm; the HS120 and HS300W use 19mm poles with doors that open three sides of the tent. Every size has a 210D Mylar canvas, light-proof double-flap zips, reflective sock ports and a removable water tray.
Key Benefits
- Reflective interior lining - keeps light on the plant rather than lost to the walls
- Light-proof black canvas - protects the dark period from light leaks
- Sizes from a single tall tent to a full-room footprint - one range for very different jobs
- Duct ports and cable sleeves - clean routing for extraction and cabling
- Removable 210D Mylar water tray - catches spills and lifts out for cleaning
- Three-sided doors from the HS120 up - easy access to every plant in the larger tents
A tent that leaks light in or out during the dark hours disrupts flowering, whatever size it is, so a properly light-sealed build matters as much for a single-plant tent as it does for a full room.
How to Use
- Assemble the pole frame and fit the canvas following the included instructions
- Route ducting and cabling through the tent's port sleeves to keep the interior tidy
- Check the zips and light seals regularly to protect the dark period
- Pull each sock port snug around ducting or cables, and tie off any port you are not using
- Lay a small tent on its side (HS40 to HS100) for a low propagation space for seedlings and cuttings

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the small and large Hydro Shoot tents?
The HS40, HS60 and HS100 use 16mm poles and can stand upright for plants of 50 to 150cm or lie on their side for plants under 80cm. The HS120 and HS300W use 19mm poles and have doors that open three sides of the tent.
Does the tent come with ducting flanges or other accessories?
No. Hydro Shoot tents use reflective sock ports instead of flanges and come without accessories, but they take Secret Jardin's DF16 ducting flange if you want extra openings or to clip on a DF16 extractor.
What size extractor fan do I need?
Secret Jardin advise about 150m³/h for the HS60, 270m³/h for the HS100 and 350m³/h for the HS120 (with 175m³/h of intake), and 900m³/h for the HS300W, when running a carbon filter.
How much weight can the frame hold?
The small tents take 10kg per hanging bar and 20kg in total; the HS120 takes 15kg per bar and 30kg in total, and the HS300W 15kg per bar and 45kg in total.
