Six Independently Timed 24V Valve Zones From One Board
The TrolMaster 24V Control Board (OA6-24) lets an Aqua-X controller drive 24V AC solenoid valves – up to six valves per board, each with its own timer settings. Up to five boards link to one Aqua-X for a maximum of 30 individually controlled zones, daisy-chained through the board's twin RJ12 sockets. Add a TrolMaster program device station (the DSP-2 for 240V supplies) and the Aqua-X creates a master pump link: whenever any zone on the board opens, the pump switches on with it.

Running Out of Irrigation Zones
Separate feed lines for different rooms, benches or crops need valves that open at different times, and one pump timer cannot do that. Low-voltage solenoids switched from the controller give each line its own schedule, while the pump link makes sure water only flows when a valve is open.
How to Use
- Connect the board to the Aqua-X with the 16ft RJ12 cable, daisy-chaining further boards from the second socket
- Address each board with its button
- Wire each 24V AC solenoid valve to an output and its COM terminal
- Programme each zone's timer on the controller, and add a program device station for the master pump link

Which controllers can use it?
The Aqua-X (NFS-1) takes up to five boards. TrolMaster also lists it as a valve module for the Aqua-X Plus (NFS-3) and for the Green-X (GCS-1) greenhouse system.
Can it switch 240V valves or pumps directly?
No – its outputs are 24V AC for low-voltage solenoid valves. Switch mains pumps with a program device station such as the DSP-2.
How do I make the pump run with the valves?
Add a program device station to the Aqua-X. It links automatically to the board, so the pump starts whenever any 24V zone opens.
